A learning disability affects the way individuals learn and understand new things and information. Learning disabilities present differently for everyone meaning no two people are the same. That is why Seeds Care offer bespoke person-centred care tailored to each of our service users to give each individual the best possible support.
Individuals with learning disabilities may find it difficult to communicate, make decisions on their own and gain skills for living. We work hard to promote independence and empower service users, building their confidence and helping individuals develop skills and interests.
Seeds Care were finalists in The National Learning Disabilities and Autism Awards 2023 for 3 categories including the ‘Supporting People with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities’ award. With our person-centred approach to care, we can achieve positive outcomes for everyone.
Seeds Care recognise when individual’s needs change and most importantly we act on this by communicating with our service users and their loved ones to review and adapt care plans, as and when needed.
