Seeds Care is a family-run business that has been providing care since 2018 alongside our dedicated and experienced team. We provide specialised, person-centred care across Kent for people aged 16-65 with a range of learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders and challenging behaviours. Our aim is to empower our service users to lead enriching lives, encouraging self-growth and supporting individuals to achieve their goals.

We understand that the decision to utilise a supported living or outreach service is a difficult one but we are dedicated to making the process as smooth and supportive as possible. Every process and decision we make at Seeds Care has the service user at its heart and our bespoke care ensures every individual’s needs and wants are met.

Our ethos revolves around empowerment, ensuring our service users are supported and encouraged to make their own choices and gain independence to reach their full potential.
