Established in 2018, Seeds Care has been providing bespoke, person-centred care and support across Kent for over 7 years. We support people aged 16-65 with a range of learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders (ASD), challenging behaviours and mental health disorders, with the aim of making lifelong changes and enriching lives.
We provide supported living and outreach services across Thanet, Dover and Deal that are tailored specifically to the individual’s needs. Seeds Care provide high quality support whilst empowering individuals and promoting independence.
